Job Purpose:
A Telecoms Solution Architect is responsible for the planning and coordination of telecommunications
projects.
Key Responsibilities:
 Liaising with the UK team and working with customers; collaboratively develop detailed
technical plans for telecoms initiatives, including scope, timeline, and resource allocation.
 Coordinate with customers, engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders to ensure project
requirements are met.
 Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and budget
constraints.
 Liaise with customers and suppliers to evaluate new technologies and services.
 Manage documentation of telecom systems designs, configurations, and changes.
 Provide technical advice on telecommunications systems and assist in troubleshooting
issues.
 Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations e.g. 3GPP.
Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field.
 Proven experience in telecommunications technical delivery and management.
 Strong understanding of telecom systems and infrastructure.
 Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
 Proficient in project management software and tools.

Skills:
 Fluent in English and Japanese including technical vocabularies in the communications domain
 Analytical and problem-solving skills.
 Effective communication and negotiation skills.
 Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
