Task & accountabilities :
Training instructions: To design, develop and deliver the best training in order to operate in a safe efficient, and effective way the Company products and portfolio (e.g. transport, combat, unmanned,
satellites).
• Flight Instructors in a training Centre Environment and/or a Real Operational Environment
• Operator Instructor in a training Centre Environment and/or in a Real Operational Environment
• Special equipment Instructors training Centre Environment and/or a Real Operational Environment
For this position, the candidate should be able to develop and conduct training courses (both logistical and tactical) in front of the A400M customer pilots.
The training courses will cover both theoretical and practical, in front of A330 MRTT pilots. The theoretical part will be conducted in a classroom environment. The practical part will be covered using C-295 flight simulators.

Required skills :
The candidate will meet the following requirements:
¤ Pilot with experience in multipilot/multiengine transport aircraft (2500 FH), including A330 MRTT flight experiene
¤ Pilot with experience in tactical air transport (1500 FH),including aerial refuelling
¤ Pilot with ATPL (A) valid license
¤ Pilot with experience as Simulator Flight instructor in Airbus Defence & Space Aircrafts
¤ Pilot with experience in training systems development will be considered
¤ OACI English level 5 in force
¤ The position will require to work in shifts, according to simulators schedule.
¤ Experience managing teams will be considered as a plus
¤ MS Office Suite at User Level
