Salmon River Helicopters’ is seeking an experienced Commercial helicopter pilot for utilities/ construction and government firefighting conducting part 133 operations. This individual should be willing to travel on a variable schedule. Schedule will consist of a 20/10 schedule from June to November and may need to cover a 12/2 on occasion. The rest of the year may consist of a 12/12 or 14/14 schedule depending on workload. This position does not require relocation. All air travel and lodging expenses to and from contracts will be covered. Applicants must meet all the Job requirements to apply.

• Operate aircraft safely & maintain an exceptional level of professionalism at all times.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections
• Complete all required company daily paperwork
• Manage onsite aircraft crew (A/C mechanic and Fuel Truck Driver)
• Act as a professional onsite company representative
• Perform other duties as they arise

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Commercial Rotorcraft Helicopter license
• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate
• Minimum 2000 hours PIC
• Minimum 500 hours of VR experience
• Minimum 100 hours of turbine
• Precision construction experience required
• Preference will be given to applicants with UH1, 412, Blackhawk, or similar aircraft experience
• Ability to work well with others
