STS Component Solutions, a division of STS Aviation Group, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team in Palm City, Florida.

This role is designed for a highly motivated sales professional who can develop, manage, and grow strategic accounts while leveraging STS Component Solutions’ extensive portfolio of OEM parts and services.
What You’ll Be Doing
Sales Growth & Business Development
Drive 10 annual growth across assigned accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new opportunities.
Secure $500K – $1M+ in new business annually by leveraging industry relationships and targeted sales strategies.
Provide rapid response to customer inquiries, with stock quotes delivered within one hour and proposals within 48 hours.
Follow up on stock leads and drive a 5 annual increase in quote-to-sales conversion.
Industry & Product Expertise
Develop deep knowledge of OEM product lines, industry trends, and aviation regulatory standards.
Communicate STS Component Solutions’ value propositions, including consignment programs, repair management, volume discount offerings, and more.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, traveling up to 50 for customer and partner visits.
Strategic Sales & CRM Management
Use Salesforce to track and optimize sales pipeline activities, manage leads, and capture key account intelligence.
Monitor and improve account profitability, focusing on revenue, costs, and margins.
Collaborate with OEM and Marketing teams to execute targeted campaigns and generate new business.
Work with Accounting teams to manage AR past dues and secure payment schedules when needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales experience in aviation, aerospace, MRO, or OEM markets.
- Strong relationship-building skills with a track record of managing high-value customer accounts.
- Highly proficient in Salesforce or other CRM tools for pipeline and account management.
- Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and drive strategic growth.
- Willingness to travel up to 50 for customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
