We’re partnered with a premier 141 flight school, seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Development &
Marketing Manager to help us grow our student base and secure long-term institutional partnerships. This is a
dual-focused role responsible for driving both B2B growth (50%) through strategic partnerships and contracts,
and B2C marketing (50%) aimed at attracting prospective student pilots. The ideal candidate has a background
in sales, marketing, and aviation, with the ability to oversee the full sales cycle—from lead generation to closing.
Business Development:
- Identify, pursue, and secure partnerships with airlines, community colleges, and aviation programs.
- Develop agreements and training contracts with educational institutions and commercial partners.
- Attend conferences, aviation expos, and networking events to generate leads and establish brand
presence.
- Collaborate with leadership to build B2B pricing models and proposals.
Marketing & Student Recruitment:
- Design and execute multi-channel marketing strategies (digital, print, events) to increase prospective
student inquiries.
- Represent the school at college fairs, aviation career expos, and campus events.
- Work alongside the enrollment coordinator to align outreach with onboarding processes.
- Manage and report on marketing campaign effectiveness, lead conversion, and funnel performance.
- Develop marketing collateral tailored to various demographics (domestic/international students, veterans,
career changers, etc.)
