Responsibilities:Administrative duties as required & directed by the Cargo Operations Manager Handle incoming calls from the customers, booking of freight in AC Cargo systems WeblynxImplement load plan and coordinate with warehouse / ramp team to ensure best use of available space/weight for each flightCheck of Dangerous Goods documentation and export documentationMonitoring of ULD stocks and managing movements to secure operational stock levelsPerform S4A/smartload entries (weight & balance), monitor and coordinate ramp activitiesFollow and adhere to Cargo procedures and policies, compile flight documentation filesReport any safety and/or security issue with regard to the cargo operations (shipments, equipment, loading, etc.)Maintain a constructive continuous working relationship with all internal and external customers and service providers
Actual duties and responsibilities may include any or all of the functional duties & responsibilities listed above plus any other related tasks as assigned by the employee’s superiorQualifications
Post graduate degree or diploma in freight forwarding or airline is an assetPrevious experience in cargo sales and/or services (6 – 24 months)Knowledge of dangerous Goods is an assetKnowledge of Cargo IT systems is an asset
