Job Title: Executive – Ancillary Sales Overview:We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Business Analyst to lead initiatives focused on driving ancillary revenue growth and optimizing pricing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong statistical acumen, be proficient in SQL and Python, and have the ability to present insights effectively to stakeholders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:• Analyze customer behavior, spanet trends, and pricing data to identify opportunities for ancillary revenue growth.• Develop and maintain pricing models to optimize revenue across products and services.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Finance) to implement data-driven strategies.• Monitor performance metrics and generate actionable insights to improve pricing effectiveness.• Design and execute A/B tests and other experiments to validate pricing hypotheses.• Create dashboards and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership.• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all analytical outputs. Required Skills & Qualifications:• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.• 1-2 years of experience in business analysis, pricing strategy, or revenue management.• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.• Hands-on experience with Python for statistical analysis and modeling.• Solid understanding of statistical methods and data visualization techniques.• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.• Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is must.• Experience in e-commerce, travel, or consumer services industries.• Familiarity with machine learning techniques for predictive pricing.• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
