Summary and Objective

The Network Sales Representative is responsible for representing flyExclusive to its charter broker customers including the sale & support of charter services, providing an exceptional customer experience, and growing sales.

Essential functions

  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Performs research to ensure all details of a trip are accounted for, and the proper people are informed. This includes catering, transportation, time changes, FBO changes & charges, time slots for airports, and special events.
  • Monitors trips to ensure they are performed as scheduled and informs the appropriate customer representatives when any deviations occur (e.g., delays, MX events).
  • Serves as a point of escalation for complex or urgent client issues, providing guidance and support to the team as needed
  • Support Accounts Receivable functions to assure customer payments are received
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Continuously improve through feedback

Required education and experience

  • 1-3 years of previous sales experience
  • Experience in cold calling
  • Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States, must provide two forms of Federal Identification.
  • Candidates must successfully complete a comprehensive background check prior to employment. This includes verification of previous employment, education, criminal history, and any other relevant information necessary to determine the suitability for the position.

Preferred education and experience

  • Associates degree in related field
  • 1 to 3 years Aerospace/ Aeronautics Experience
