Contact Centers assist customers with travel concerns, administer refunds, handle flight recovery, conduct quality assurance checks, and more
Job overview and responsibilities
Communicates information to customers regarding fares, rates, schedules, routings, travel documents (Visa/Passports, etc.), flight arrival and departure times or related services, in a pleasant, well-modulated voice and courteous manner
- Resolves customer conflicts requiring handling or service
- Arranges for ticketing and other special services
- Notifies customers of flight irregularities and changes in schedules
- Assists company employees in arranging business and personal travel plans
- Operates computer terminal equipment to access, input and retrieve information
- Sells consultatively
This position is offered on local terms and conditions. Expatriate assignments and sponsorship for employment visas, even on a time-limited visa status, will not be awarded.
QualificationsRequired
- High School Diploma, GED or education equivalent required
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Must be at least 18 years of age required
- Must be flexible to work all shifts and, when necessary, available 7 days a week, including holidays and weekends, to deal with any operational and/ or unforeseen situations.
- Must have valid US Visa and Passport
- Must be legally authorized to work in Mexico for any employer without sponsorship
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
