Education & Job Requirements
* High School Diploma or GED equivalent
* 4 or more years of retail sales, customer service, or related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Must be a U.S. Citizen
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
* Proficiency with business applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams
* Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration within a retail environment
* Professional presentation and workplace demeanor Preferred Skills
* Previous retail or customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment
* Proven skill in multitasking and prioritizing workload effectively
* Strong customer service mindset with professional communication approach
* Experience adapting quickly to changing priorities and operational needs
* Familiarity with inventory systems and retail operations processes Job Duties & Functions
* Manage daily cash control procedures and point-of-sale transactions
* Process incoming and outgoing merchandise shipments
* Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock balances
* Coordinate special orders and merchandise transfers
* Execute Mark Out of Stock and Return to Vendor processing
* Complete inventory documentation and support inter-store transfers
* Support annual physical inventory counts and preparation activities
* Implement floor sets and maintain merchandising standards
* Organize stockroom operations and ensure proper merchandise storage
* Coordinate facility maintenance needs and report operational issues
* Open and close the store following established procedures
* Deliver customer service and enhance the in-store experience
* Support achievement of sales targets across reporting periods
* Process transactions through point-of-sale systems
* Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with company policy
* Respond to customer inquiries via email and communication channels
* Process freight and inter-store transfers to support spandown execution
* Prepare and fulfill customer merchandise orders
* Identify and report safety and housekeeping concerns
* Restock merchandise throughout the store as needed
* Maintain store cleanliness through routine upkeep
* Document and escalate customer complaints to store leadership
