Responsibilities
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Will have direct contact with external customers and Parker salespeople.
- Will give Customer price quotations and process credits.
- Keep appropriate departments informed of customer requirements and problem areas.
- Process internal and external emails, schedules and releases on a timely basis.
- Responsible for entering customer’s purchase orders via mainframe.
- Responsible for entering customer complaints and ATRs.
Qualifications
Required Skills/Abilities
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Proficient in the use of personal computer and mainframe programs.
- Excellent telephone and general communication skills.
- Excellent math skills.
- Sensitivity in dealing with customer conflicts.
- Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively work with people in a team environment as well as various levels of the organization.
- Previous customer service experience is beneficial.
- High School Graduate with emphasis on office procedures, interpersonal communications and computer skills.
- Basic MS Office Programs.
Education and Experience:
