Position Summary

We are seeking a technically skilled Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will combine strong engineering knowledge with strategic sales experience to drive growth, manage key accounts, and lead a team of sales engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team, including performance oversight and coaching.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive spanet penetration.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance and support throughout the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product, operations) to develop customized solutions.
• Monitor spanet trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering; MBA is a plus.
• 6+ years of experience in technical sales or business development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of industrial/technical products and customer applications.
• Proven track record in team management and achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Willingness to travel within the region.
