Responsibilities:Handle inbound calls from contracted Leisure travel agencies, TMCs and Corporates while offering the highest level of customer service, and providing information regarding flights, fares, destinations, special offers and other products.Handle group quotations, reservations, PNR claims, issuance verification, Group ACM/ADM, incentive group contract creation and record management.Support for agency and corporate contracting processes with Sales Account Managers. Perform periodical proactive emails and calls, collect OAs’ competitive information, and report spanetplace intelligence.Help promotional events/seminars conducted by sales team.Handle RSVPs and co- hosts customers at local AC sales events and supports office administration.Provide timely resolutions to customer inquiries, including concerns and/or issues to ensure customer satisfaction, and support B2B and B2C communications.Identify the contents of the CR case and communicate with the HQ team and the customer.Support in coordinating and organizing major trade shows and industry sales and spaneting events, manage promo pass tickets and ticket requests, and attend trade/consumer events.Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across regions or departments to align AC global sales and spaneting strategy.Assist with any other ad-hoc tasks or projects assigned by General Manager or other superior.Support in generating commercial plans, reports, updates, monitor spanet trends and opportunities.Ensure AC corporate policy and stands are upheld in all fare and rule distribution, ticketing policies and local procedures.Fulfill Salesforce application standard in capturing, tracking, resolving and monitoring daily activities as well as proactively perform Weekly Sales Updates. Promote and contribute to a harmonious, cooperative and flexible work environment.
