Job Title: Drone PilotJob Description
We are seeking professional drone pilots to join our team for an exciting project involving the final assembly, inspection, and field testing of a fleet of 270 drones. This role involves performing field tests twice a week, piloting 10-15 drones per day for 8-10 hours each day. Training will be provided during the first week by an experienced pilot.
Responsibilities
- Perform field testing of drones twice a week.
- Pick up drones from the facility and transport them to the field site 20 minutes away.
- Pilot 10-15 drones per day, ensuring thorough testing.
- Download and send flight logs to HQ after each flight for evaluation.
- Adhere to specific pass/fail parameters provided, based on flight logs and visual inspection.
- Ensure quality control and documentation control during testing.
Essential Skills- FAA Part 107 Certification
- Professional experience as a drone pilot (not hobbyist)
- Proficiency in drone image capturing software
- Experience in field testing and aviation
- Strong understanding of quality control protocols

Work Environment
The clock starts once you arrive in Tampa to pick up your equipment. You will then travel to the field site, 20 minutes away, to perform testing, before returning to Tampa. All work hours are paid until you leave the Tampa facility. The typical workday runs from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

This is a Contract position based out of Tampa, Florida.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
